By jury verdicts, defendant Eric L. Haga has twice been found guilty of the premeditated murders of his wife and infant daughter. His first conviction was reversed because of trial error not relevant to this appeal. State v. Haga, 8 Wash. App. 481, 507 P.2d 159 (1973).
